* Occupancy rate is for 2 guests. Additional guests will be charged $50pp. Rates valid from 1 April 2025 – 31st December 2027, subject to change. Minimum of 2-night stay is required. All prices in NZD, inclusive of GST. Maximum occupancy is 10 guests per night. A cleaning fee will be charged per stay for a flat fee of $495. Full week bookings will receive a complimentary mid-week service clean.
