“We had an amazing stay at Ocean View Te Arai and honestly didn’t want to leave. The house is beautiful, comfortable, and incredibly well stocked — everything from the kitchen to the outdoor spaces felt thoughtfully set up so you could just arrive and enjoy. It truly felt like a home, not a rental.
The views are unreal, especially at sunset, and there’s so much to do nearby. We loved how easy it was to arrange things like golf at Te Arai Links, surf lessons, and beach days — everything is close and the support for activities made the trip feel effortless. Whether you want to be active or just relax by the pool or (outdoor) fire, this place works perfectly.
If you’re looking for a place that feels special but still laid-back, with tons of great experiences right outside the door, this is it. We cannot wait to come back!”

“Fantastic stay for a Te Arai golf weekend! Greg, the property manager was great - friendly, full of local tips, and gave us a full tour of the house when we arrived. He even organised transport to and from Oceans Restaurant at short notice, which was appreciated.
The house was stunning, brand new, and exactly like the photos. Super close to the golf course with all the amenities of a 5-star resort. Perfect spot for a family holiday before our adult kids head off on their OE. Would definitely stay again!”
